Karen has PhD in Neuroscience and has over 15 years experience working with researchers and businesses to create impressive graphics. Scientific Design Pricing

Project Cost Range: $70 - $6000

Scientific design costs are based on the rate of $65 USD per hour. The wide price range is due to the varied complexity of each project and number of figures, illustrations, or animations needed. A single figure for a scientific paper typically costs between $70 - $300.

Payments can be made by credit card or purchase order. To receive an accurate quote, please fill request a quote with the project details and timeline.

How do we work together?

Step 1.

Request a Quote. Request a quote with your project details, draft images, and timeline using email or contact form: info@simplifiedsciencepublishing.com.

Step 2.

Agreement. After we agree on costs, timeline and project needs, I book the work in my production schedule. Please keep in mind that I am often booked at least one month in advance.

Step 3.

Drafts. I provide the first draft for your review. Feedback and edit requests are provided directly on the slides provided, via email, or we can schedule a call.

Step 4.

Feedback. The review and feedback process typically only takes 1-2 edits before you approve the final draft and I send the online invoice for payment.

Step 5.

Payment. After the payment is received, you receive the final files as both original illustration files and publish-ready formats (TIF, PDF, PNG, JPEG, MP4, MOV). Payments are usually made via a Purchase Order or the secure online credit card portal that is linked from Simplified Science Publishing invoices.
